1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, Telegram bots, or making a payment for any service offered by us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Refunds & Cancellations policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services or make payment.

2. About the service

We provide digital facilitation and convenience services related to citizen documents (for example, helping retrieve or deliver an already-issued eSewa / Connect Punjab certificate PDF via Telegram after a service fee is paid).

• We are not a government office and do not grant, approve, or alter official applications.
• Government portals, rules, timelines, and application outcomes remain under the respective authorities.
• Service fees charged by us are for digital assistance / delivery convenience, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility & user responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older, or use the service under the guidance of a parent/guardian.
• You must provide accurate Application ID / reference details required for delivery.
• You confirm you are authorised to request the document associated with the details you submit.
• You must not use the service for fraud, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram account and payment confirmations.

4. Pricing & payments

• Applicable service charges are shown before payment (for example, certificate PDF download fee on Telegram).
• Payments are collected online via UPI through our payment gateway (GIF Online).
• A successful payment confirmation is required before digital delivery of paid services.
• Prices may be updated from time to time; the amount displayed at checkout is the amount payable for that transaction.
• Taxes, if applicable, are included in or added to the displayed amount as shown at payment time.

5. Delivery of digital services

After successful payment, the requested digital file / response is typically delivered on Telegram automatically or after you confirm payment in the bot. Delivery depends on:

• correct Application ID / link provided by you;
• availability of the document on the source portal;
• valid operator/session access on our systems; and
• network / Telegram delivery success.

If delivery fails for technical reasons after payment, please follow the Refunds & Cancellations process or contact us via Contact Us.

6. Prohibited use

• Submitting false, stolen, or third-party credentials without authority.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload our bots, APIs, or payment flows.
• Using the service to bypass lawful government processes or eligibility rules.
• Chargeback abuse after successful digital delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOBALTUTS (CRM Hathan) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; government portal downtime; incorrect details input by the user; or delays beyond our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability for any paid transaction shall not exceed the service fee actually paid for that transaction.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and software interfaces of GLOBALTUTS remain our property (or licensed to us). Official government documents remain subject to the rights and rules of the issuing authority.

9. Privacy

We collect only information reasonably required to process payments and deliver the requested service (for example, Telegram chat ID, Application ID, and payment references). We do not sell personal data. UPI credentials are handled by the payment gateway / UPI apps and are not stored on our servers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective date” at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Malerkotla / Sangrur, Punjab shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
